Gropen

This new 26,000 sf office and fabrication building combined the existing renovated building with a new pre-engineered building designed to have a crisp, modern motif. This joint project with Design Develop worked through multiple design and cost studies that ultimately presented the solution of two-story open office space and adjacent work area with a23-foot clearance required to construct Gropen’s large exterior signs. CCG is a Varco Pruden pre-engineered building authorized dealer, making it possible to execute this design.
